Meet Elina, the founder of Koncierge Services - a platform, that focuses on finding the perfect match between caregivers and seniors.
With over 20 years of experience in customer relations and a degree in psychology, Elina understands the importance of a good match between caregiver and senior.
She knows that when a caregiver and senior click, it allows the senior to feel supported, encourages their independence, and allows them to age with dignity.
At Koncierge, Elina and the community of amazing caregiver work tirelessly to ensure that every senior is matched with a caregiver who not only has the necessary skills and experience but also has a personality and temperament that complements the senior's.
She believes that finding the right caregiver can make all the difference in easing the burden of adjustment and providing much-needed support for seniors and their families, so they can focus on their well-being and quality of life.
